How Scoring Works

• Prior to Oscar night, you can get one point for each pick you make in a category (for a maximum of 24 points)
• When Oscar nominations are formally announced in February, we'll delete any picks that aren't nominated, which may reduce your score (but you can make new picks up until Oscar night)
• During Oscar night, we'll add to your score for each correct pick you make. Oscar night scoring is based on the number of people who make picks; if you pick an unlikely nominee that goes on to win, you will reap huge rewards (just like in horse betting). OK? OK!
